Question:
frustrated
I was listening to you on the radio the other day and you were talking about how 10% of all women lose their sex drive after taking birth control. I have encountered this problem after a few month of birth control, so I stopped taking it. It has been like 4 or 5 months, and I still have not regained my sex drive. What can I do?

Response:
The very first thing to do of course is to talk to your Doctor. There may be an alternate pill for you to take that will help you regain proper testerone levels. In addition, do not under estimate the power of exercise. Regular exercise does wonders for the sex drive. Lastly, consider other environmental factors that may be playing a part in your lost sex drive. These may include difficulties in a relationship, increased stress, anxiety or depression.
